Farmers Market Rice

So this is really healthy.

 

Like... so healthy you can feel you stomach juices getting all detoxy on your and clearing away all the accidental cookies and french bread you at that work party last week. 

 

Or..was that just me? Oh the guilt! I can't take it another second!

 

But wait, we could make something so healthy. Something tasty, easy to eat, and raw to wash away our eating escapades!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fresh veggies in a processor, it's as easy as pie.

Recipe

Serves 4

Prep Time: 10 min

 

Ingredients

1 Large Zucchini

2 Celery Stalks

2 Carrots

1 Bell Pepper

 

Dressing:

1 Tablespoon Honey Mustard1/2 Tablespoon Apple Balsamic (or whatever you have on hand)

Pinch of Salt

 

Equipment: Food Processor

 

Directions:

 

Chop all veggies into small pieces

 

Put into food processor

Process for 1 minute, or until desired consistency

 

Add dressing in last 10 seconds.

 

Serve. Enjoy. Feel AMAZING!
